Matilda Emeline Langford was the sixth child of Fielding Langford and Sarah Bethurum. She was born on July 15, 1841 in Harrison Township, Clay, Indiana. She died on August 18, 1884 in Salmon, Lemhi, Idaho. Matilda married Jonathan Hustas Lish in 1856.
